In the Summer of 2007, he signed on to play for the New York Athletic Club. He was named the Premier's League Championship's Offensive Player of the Tournament in May, 2008.

JUG (2008-09)

* Regular Season and Grand Final Championship in League Play in May, 2009

Tony played for Jug in the Croatian Professional Leagues from January, 2008 to May, 2009.... Jug won the Bronze Medal at the 2009 EuroCup in May 2009, going 10-4-1 behind 26 goals from Azevedo... Tony scored four goals a piece in the Semifinals and Final Four round matches, after scoring eight goals in the preliminaries. Jug opened up with a perfect 5-0-0 record in round two behind 10 goals from Azevedo... With 29 goals, Tony finished the regular season of the Croatian Professional League tied for 10th in the league in scoring, leading Jug to the league championship. The team swept through the first round of the playoffs (2-0) and then won the best of five series with Mladost for the League Championship. Jug was a perfect 5-0 in the playoffs behind 14 playoff goals from Azevedo.

BISSOLATI (2005-07)

* Quarterfinal Appearance in 2007
* Len Cup Semifinal Appearance in 2007

In 2006-07 played for Can.Bissolati of the A1 Italian Professional League. Bissolati finished the season 16-7-2 and Azevedo scored 75 goals as the team reached the Quarterfinals. He scored 18 goals during the Len Trophy Championship, finishing in the Semifinals. In the fall, 2007 he also played for Bissolati, before signing with Jug in the Croatian Professional League. He scored 36 goals in the fall. Led Latteria Sorensia in scoring for the 2005-2006 season in Cremona, Italy…third in scoring in all of Italy for the 2005-2006 season.
